Welcome to Those Kids AI, a service provided by Those Kids AI, LLC (“Those Kids”, “Those Kids AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Those Kids.AI is an AI Assistant for busy parents with busy kids. It is designed help parents create time and space for what’s most important - ourselves, our children and our families.
Our Services cater to users situated within the United States. If you are not located within the United States, you should not access or use our Services. Your engagement with our Site or any other Services, as well as any privacy-related disputes, adhere to the regulations outlined in this Policy and our Terms of Service, which also encompass limitations on damages and dispute resolution. The stipulations within the Company Terms of Service are integrated into and complement this Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, disclose and otherwise process Personal Data (defined below) when you use our website, (the “Site”), mobile application “the “App”), and all related services provided by Those Kids (collectively, the “Service”), and your choices concerning our data practices.

We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) as follows:
Personal data you provide
If you create an account to access our Services, sign up for our mailing list, or engage in communication with us, we might gather Personal Information from you. We may also collect additional information from you, which may include your partner's name, the count and ages of your children, any voluntarily disclosed particulars from your Google (or alternate) calendar, along with general details pertaining to your professional, employment, and business background. We may also collect specific demographic and lifestyle data (for example, the number and ages of your children, neighbors, or nearby family members) to facilitate the customization of your user experience. We may also collect information that you share with us (for example, such as events, tasks, lists, and other content) via the Services. We may also collect any communications between you and Those Kids and any other information you provide to Those Kids.
Payment Particulars: If you make a purchase or subscribe to our Services, we could collect billing details like your credit card number, expiry date, billing address, or use a third-party payment processor for payment processing ("Payment Particulars").
Personal data acquired via our social media pages
We maintain a presence on social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn ("Social Media Pages"). When you interact with these pages, any Personal Information you choose to share with us, such as your contact details, will be collected ("Social Data"). Moreover, the companies hosting our Social Media Pages may provide us with consolidated information and analytics regarding the utilization of our Social Media Pages.
Personal data collected automatically
Those Kids content. We collect information from Those Kids product features, including conversations, images, and text you send to the Service.
Authentication tokens. When you sign in to the Service, we collect and store encrypted Google or Microsoft tokens.
Use of service, app, and site. When you visit, use, and interact with our Services, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions (“Technical Information”), including the following:
Log data. Information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Site (“Log Data”). Log Data includes your IP address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with the service, site, and app.
Usage data. We may automatically collect information about your use of our Services, such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, time, frequency and duration of your activities, your time zone, country, the dates and times of access, user agent and version, type of computer or mobile device, computer connection, IP address, and the like.

We process the contents of email, texts, and messages you send and receive through the Service, as well as the email addresses of the people you communicate with through the Service (collectively "Email Content Data"), on your behalf and subject to your instructions.
The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION.
We use personal data to provide, administer, improve and/or analyze the Services. The processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.
We also use personal data as necessary for the following legitimate business interests:

Mem's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Aggregated information. We may aggregate Personal Information and use the aggregated information to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, to improve and add features to our Services, and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with third parties, publish such aggregated information or make such aggregated information generally available. We may collect aggregated information through the Services, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy.
Marketing. We may contact you to provide information we believe will be of interest to you. For instance, if you elect to provide interests for your family, we may use that information to send you promotional recommendations for events, activities, products and services. If we do, where required by law, we will only send you such emails if you consent to us doing so at the time you provide us with your Personal Data. You may opt out of receiving emails by following the instructions contained in each promotional email we send you or by contacting us. If you unsubscribe from our marketing lists, you will no longer receive marketing communications but we will continue to contact you regarding our Site and Services and to respond to your requests.
HOW WE SHARE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
In certain circumstances we may share your Personal Information with third parties without further notice to you, unless required by the law, including without limitation in the situations below:
Vendors and Service Providers: To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share Personal Information with vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, debugging services, email and productivity services, survey providers, cloud service providers, and other information technology services providers, event management services, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, and web analytics services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store Personal Information in the course of performing their duties to us.
We use OpenAI and other Large Langugage Models (“LLM”, “LLMs”) to provide you with Those Kids AI features, which are designed to help you manage your family’s email and schedules with the help of machine learning algorithms. In order to use LLM’s service, we need to collect, process, and transfer data, including personal data, the processes which are subject to this Privacy Policy.
By using ThoseKids AI features, you consent to the processing of your personal data by us as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the use of the LLM service, you should not sign up for Those Kids Services.
Your email and calendar content and requests you make to ThoseKids AI features are private and encrypted in accordance with our standard privacy and information security practices.
Business transfers. If we are involved in strategic transactions, merger, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or portion of our assets, or transition of service to another provider (collectively a “Transaction”), your Personal Information and other information may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the Transaction and transferred to a successor or Affiliate as part of that Transaction along with other assets.
Legal requirements. If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with legal or regulatory obligations, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) prevent fraud, (iv) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site, or the public, or (v) protect against legal liability.
Affiliates. We may share Personal Information with our “Affiliates,” meaning an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Those Kids. Our Affiliates may use the Personal Information we share in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Other users. certain actions you take may be visible to other users of our services, for example other parents and users of your care group.
SECURITY. We implement practical and suitable measures to safeguard your Personal Information, aiming to thwart loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and deletion. We employ fitting technical and organizational safeguards to shield your personal information, which could encompass physical access controls, encryption, intrusion detection, and network monitoring, tailored to the type of data and extent of processing. Our team granted access to your information are bound by confidentiality obligations to ensure its non-disclosure.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION. We keep Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, or required or permitted by law, whichever is longer.
We may also retain your personal information for legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain our records. When we no longer need your Personal Information, we will delete it or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS DISCLOSURES
Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals: We may allow third party service providers to use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Site. Our Site currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If we do respond to DNT signals in the future, we will describe how we do so in this Privacy Policy.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES. Our Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Those Kids, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.
CHILDREN UNDER 13
Our Services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do we will post an updated version on this page, unless another type of notice is required by applicable law or contractual agreement. By continuing to use our service or providing us with Personal Information after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy, or notified you by other means, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy.
YOUR CHOICES
Whether or not you provide Personal Data to us is completely up to you, but if you choose not to provide information that is needed to use some features of our Site, App, or Service, you may be unable to use those features.
