The Ops/Administrative Assistant will help across the whole company - marketing, operations, engineering, finance and HR. This will include assisting in marketing research, coordinating schedules, setting up meetings, writing recap emails, filling out paperwork, filing expense reports and other administrative responsibilities of the team.

The Marketing Community Coordinator will lead marketing outreach at community levels to help gain awareness and consideration with the parents we serve. This will include writing blog posts on social media sites, coordinating with online communities, and producing marketing content among other needs that support and drive our goals to better support parents through our AI Assistant.
